Good In = Good Out

It’s a very simple principle: what you put in, you will get out. We know when it comes to our bodies nutrition, if we feed ourselves junk food and candy, we will have low energy and poor health. If we eat balanced meals, we feel better, look better and function better.

Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the holy spirit think about things that please the spirit. (Romans 8:5, NLT)
