Prayer & Meditation

Today I will allow my prayer and meditation to direct my efforts today. My purpose can then be fulfilled. Nobody is without a contribution to make, everyone of us is giving what we agree called upon to give when we are in the right relationship with God, who is the master artist in the design

It’s about the JOURNEY

You can expect the unexpected in your day to day life. Pleasure and pain both share in Our lives. We often forget that Our growth comes from challenges also referred to as problems.

Damaged Self~Image

The past that many of US choose to hang on to stands in Our way. Many of Us needlessly spend much of Our lives fighting a poor self-image. Each moment is a new opportunity to let go of all that has trapped me in MY past. I am free.

Feelings

When I ignore and suppress my feelings, they come out in frightening, sometimes destructive ways. I need to learn to honor them… whatever they are.

Perfectionism

Perfectionism is a side effect of addiction. Trying to be perfect (impossible) we beat ourselves up, judge, and distort ourselves. We are never enough. Trying too hard and not trying at all are two signs of the coin of perfection. Unfortunately it is a coin that never ever pays off…
